In Google Drive, there has google docs, sheets, slides, forms and more functions that we can use in online. When we have group project for documentation, we can use the google docs to write and edit the document by sharing links with groupmates. No more send the word document file by email to groupmates and no need to keep changing the names of file as the latest file. Also, google forms is another impressive service that we make the questionaire forms and spread links for the survey. By this service we can reduce paper usages, easy accessable, and efficient.
